Who is the Picky Nibbler?
informal fussy; finicky; choosy
Though “picky” could have a negative connotation* in some people’s eyes (fussy or finicky), I like to go with door #3 (choosy). And in my eyes there is absolutely nothing wrong with being choosy, for selectively picking only the very best and making very thoughtful and deliberate choices. This of course can apply to all areas of life, but this particular blog will focus on glorious food. I will only post words and pictures of delectable, extraordinary morsels whether from restaurants near and far, grocery store aisles, or recipes made in my own kitchen. Every edible thing on the blog will have been nibbled by me and passed my extremely picky standards.
* Please do not think that picky=pricey to me. I believe in high quality but that does not necessarily translate to high prices. Some of my most favorite foods in the world come at bargain prices which makes them all the more dear to me.
